Available in 40 markets and 41 different languages, the newest Microsoft’s CRM software is available both on-demand and on-premises. It is part of Microsoft’s Dynamics line of ERP and CRM solutions. Zoho CRM
California based ZOHO Corp. offers collaboration, business and productivity applications currently used by more than 5 milion users. Zoho CRM is part of its successful business applications family. vtiger CRM
Over 100 000 businesses are using vtiger CRM On Demand to manage Sales, Support and Marketing. vtiger is an open source CRM that has been developed since 2004 by a company called vtiger Ltd. This solution from Vancouver, BC based Maximizer Software Inc. runs in Windows Azure Cloud environment and is SaaS alternative to its on-site sibling that is closely related to Microsoft technology as well.
