Customer Care
Customer Care is a range of customer services to assist customers in making cost effective and correct use of a product. It includes assistance in planning, installation, training, trouble shooting, maintenance, upgrading, and disposal of a product.

It is also an area which is literally predetermined for the cloud deployment. Customer care is about interacting with your customers and connecting them with your support specialists, but also between themselves. Cloud solutions offer here an easy and trouble-free communication coupled with fast implementation and good integration possibility with other systems of the SME, namely CRM and Sales.

Customer care is also known under the acronym CSS (Customer Service and Support).
